Do I need to buy MetricsBox to work with VendingMetrics?
No, you can work with the system without any device. All work can be done manually. However, we recommend connecting MetricsBox to your machines to get the best experience from the system.
Can you send me MetricsBox or RFID card reader for testing?
No, we don't send out free samples. However, we can offer you a used model for a lower price.
Can you fetch data from my payment terminals or self-made devices?
Yes! In many cases we can fetch data from payment terminals which you already use without installing additional devices in your vending machine. However, the recommended way of integration is to get a MetricsBox to grab all the information from the vending machine.
I already use a payment terminal, can I connect MetricsBox to the machine?
Yes! Our solution works with vending machines which already has installed payment terminals.
Does the system track cash and coin acceptor malfunctions?
Yes! We can track the amount of money in the coin acceptor and money which are in a machine casket. In many cases, we are also able to show you malfunctions of MDB devices connected to the vending machine.
Does the system send alerts when the stock level is low?
Yes! VendingMetrics can send notifications using SMS, E-mail or push notification (mobile App) when the machine stock levels are low, when the temperature in the machine is too low or too high, also when the level of coins in coin acceptor is low or if there is a problem with the machine and much more. Alert settings can be set up in the Settings menu.
What is a remote refund?
When a product is stuck, you can add funds to the machine using your mobile, tablet or web application. This feature is available in every plan.
Do you provide prepaid cards?
Yes! Let us know how many prepaid cards do you need, and we will prepare an offer.
How the connection looks like?
MetricsBox uses a standard MDB connector which is available in nearly every vending machine. The data are sent over GSM network to the cloud server.
Do you provide support?
